Rob is an aviation and defense industry executive with extensive leadership experience flying, selling, and now building advanced military aircraft. A career military fighter pilot retiring in the rank of Brigadier General, Rob recently served as the Executive Director for Air Dominance fighter programs at Boeing Defense where he led global campaigns for the F-15EX Eagle II, F/A-18 Super Hornet and the first sixth generation fighter aircraft the F-47. A results driven leader, he has built and led high-performing teams responsible for more than $40 Billion in international defense opportunities. Rob holds four master’s degrees across public policy and national strategy.
