Rupesh Patel
Process Engineering
Rupesh has over 24+ years of experience in product and process development, and has been an active, certified Lean & 6σ Black Belt since 2003. He has led engineering & quality teams across a wide variety of defense and aerospace products. Prior to Qarbon, Rupesh was the Senior Director of Quality and Production Engineering at Triumph Aerospace Structures. Prior to that, he was the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at GKN Aerospace. He has also held leadership positions in technical operations at the OEM level with Lockheed Martin on the THAAD Missile Defense Program, F-22A Raptor and P-3 Orion programs, and at United Defense LLP on the M88A2 Hercules Recovery Vehicle. Rupesh has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
