Scott Eads
Chief Operating Officer
Scott Eads is the Chief Operating Officer for Qarbon Aerospace, Scott was appointed President of Triumph Aerospace Structures in 2021 after leading the Global Operations and Programs for Triumph since 2018.
Scott began his aviation career in the United States Air Force working advanced composite maintainability and reliability performance for use on fighter aircraft, where he also served in combat offensives of Operation Just Cause, Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.
Following his USAF service, he went to work for Lockheed Martin in multiple positions of increasing responsibility over 19 years to include F-22 Flight and Final Operations Integration Senior Manager, F-35 Final Assembly and Integration Director, and C-130 Production Operations Director. He has also held executive positions with Spirit AeroSystems as GM of Operations for the Kinston, NC facility.
Scott has over 30 years of experience working in the Aerospace industry across both commercial and Military aviation platforms.
