His skills encompass developing safe and environmentally responsible sites, multi-site management with P&L responsibility, and driving continual improvements in quality and operational performance. Having served 30 years at Hexcel Corporation, culminating as Vice President of Operations, Russ has a proven track record. Prior to Hexcel, Russ time at Boeing (McDonnell Douglas – Mesa) for 5 years and Bombardier (Lear – Wichita/Tucson) for 10 years further underscore his industry prowess. Russ holds an MBA from City University, solidifying his strategic approach and comprehensive skill set.
